PATNA, India, June 11 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 13:
Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 112 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 448, 324, 325, 307, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegedly, while the informant was alone in her home, in the meanwhile, all the FIR named accused persons entered in her house and started misbehaving with her.
