PATNA, India, April 17 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 2:
Heard learned counsels for the parties.
2. On the joint prayer of learned counsels for the parties, the matter is referred to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of Patna High Court and both parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 21.04.2025.
3. List this case immediately after receipt of the report of the Mediation Centre.
4. In the meantime, interim protection granted to petitioner vide order dated 04.02.2025 shall remain in force.
