PATNA, India, Feb. 27 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to F.I.R., on 26.6.24 at about 1 PM, while informant was going to his field, he saw that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons came there and started assaulting his father by means of spade, sword and his bhanja with iron rod causing severe injuries to the family members of informant.
