PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Thakur, learned Advocate for the appellant and Mr. Sujit Kumar Singh, learned APP for the Respondent-State.
2. This appeal is admitted for hearing.
3. Call for the Trial Court Records of G.O. Case No. 10935 of 2022 arising out of Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 52 of 2022 from the Court of learned Special Judge Excise-II, Darbhanga.
4. Prayer for bail will be considered after receipt of the Trial Court Records.
5. In the meantime, if the State wants to file written objection, the same shall be filed before the next date of hearing. 6. Re-notify this matter on 20.03.2025.
