PATNA, India, June 11 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 13:
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special P.P. for the Vigilance and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in sum and substance, the allegation against the petitioner is that she secured appointment as Teacher based on forged certificate.
