PATNA, India, June 11 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 13:

Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2004, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
