PATNA, India, April 22 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 7:
I.A. No. 01 of 2024. The present interlocutory application has been filed for expunging the name of Respondent no. 3 who died on 28.02.2025. Legal representatives of Respondent No. 3 has already appeared through Vakalatnama.
2. Office is directed to expunged the name of the Respondent No. 3 from the array of the parties and the cost title of the memo of appeal.
3. Accordingly, the I.A. No. 01 of 2024 is allowed.
