Heard Mr. Vijay Kishore Bharti, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Satya Narayan Prasad, learned APP for the Respondent-State.
2. This appeal is admitted for hearing.
3. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that, in the present case, informant is the victim' father and his name is mentioned in the FIR. Hence, notice can be served upon the victim's father.
