PATNA, India, April 9 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 25:
1.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel-25 for the State, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the National Highway Authority of India and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Union of India.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
