PATNA, India, May 29 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on May 1:

Heard the parties.

2. Mr. Ajay Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that deceased was father-in-law of the petitioner and out of family property dispute he was implicated with present case. It is submitted that there is no iota of evidence surfaced during investigation which may suggest any criminal case against this petitioner being daughter-in-law, except suspicion.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let further proceeding qua petitioners shall remain stayed till next date of hearing.

4. Let a legible Xerox/carbon copy of the case diary be called for in connection with Risiyap P.S. Case No. 58 of 2021 from the Court of learned J.M. 1st...
