PATNA, India, March 4 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.
2. It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is the fatherin-law and petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the opposite party no. 2. It is submitted that allegation against petitioners is very much general and omnibus.
3. Considering the aforesaid, let further proceeding in connection with Complaint Case No. 1172 (C) of 2023 pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, shall remain stayed till further order.
