Re. I.A. No. 02 of 2024 :- The learned Advocate for the appellant presses I.A. No. 02 of 2024 for condoning the delay of 16 days in preferring this appeal.
2. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 16 days in preferring this appeal is, hereby, condoned.

Re. M.A. No. 231 of 2024 :- 4. Counter affidavit in this case has already been filed and a copy of the same has been served upon the counsel for the appellant only today in Court.
