PATNA, India, March 6 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 6:
6 th Respondent counsel - Mr. Harsh Singh seeks time to comply the previous order dated 09.01.2025 insofar as filing of personal affidavit on behalf of 6th Respondent represented by its Secretary.
2. The appellant counsel is hereby directed to furnish complete LPA papers to Mr. Harsh Singh during the course of the day.
3. Service of notice to 8th Respondent was refused by the 8th Respondent. To that effect supplementary affidavit has been filed by the appellant. In the light of facts narrated in the affidavit, service of notice to Respondent No. 8 held sufficient.
4. Relist this matter on 28.02.2025.
