Heard Mr. Md. Harun Quareshi, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Manish Kumar No.
2, learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State. 2. This appeal is admitted for hearing.
3. Call for the Lower Court Records in connection with Sessions Trial No. 98/2022, arising out of Nayaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 09/2021 from the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV, Munger.
4. Prayer for bail will be considered after receipt from the Lower Court Records.
5. In the meantime, it is open for the RespondentState to file its written objections.
