Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. Issue notice to the opposite party no.
2 to show cause as to why this application be not heard and preferably be disposed of at the time of admission itself, for which, requisites etc., under both process i.e., ordinary as well as by registered cover/ speed post with A/D must be filed within two weeks, failing which, this petition shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench. List this case on 25.03.2025.
