2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Shivsagar P.S Case No. 360/2020 dated 23.11.2020 registered for the offence punishable u/s 302, 341, 323, 324, 504 and 379 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3.
