PATNA, India, April 22 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 7:
Upon perusal of records, it appears that earlier vide order dated 21.03.2025 also learned counsel for the appellant was granted time to file the jointness affidavit and comply the order dated 03.01.2025.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has already filed jointness affidavit.
3. Office is directed to attach the affidavit with the file and re-list this case on 21.04.2025.
