PATNA, India, July 2 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on June 2:
Learned Counsel for the petitioner and Learned Counsel for the State are present.
2. Issue notice to Opposite Party No.2 for his appearance either in person or through an Advocate to defend his case, by ordinary post as well as by Speed Post with A/D, for which requisites etc. must be filed within three weeks, failing which the application shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.
3. In the meantime, call for a readable up-to-date photostat copy of the case diary of Sherghati Police Station Case No. 444 of 2024 and statement of the victim recorded under section 183 of the BNS from the Court of learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO-cum-Addit...
