Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Abhimanyu Sharma, learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State.
2. This appeal is admitted for hearing.
3. Call for the Trial Court Records in connection with Session Trial No. 286 of 2024, arising out of Hisua P.S. Case No. 517 of 2023 from the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Nawada.
4. Prayer for bail will be considered after receipt of the Trial Court Records.
5. In the meantime, it is open for the RespondentState to file written objection.
6. Re-notify this matter on 03.07.2025.
