PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard Mr. Pravin Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. Chandrasekhar Sharma, learned counsel for the informant and Mr. Sujit Kumar Singh, learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State.
2. This appeal is admitted for hearing.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant, at this stage, submits that the co-convict has preferred Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 1398 of 2024 in which this Court has already called for Trial Court record.
4. In view of the aforesaid, office to verify and thereafter tag the present appeal with Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 1398 of 2024.
5. Prayer for bail will be considered on the next date of hearing.
