PATNA, India, April 22 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 2:
The office has pointed out that notice on Respondent Nos. 1 and 6 has been received by a person with the name of Ayush Singh. However, the ordinary notices to Respondent Nos. 1 and 6 were refused to be accepted. Hence, house service has been effected vide Service Report kept at Flag-D.
2. Considering this aspect of the matter, the notice on Respondent Nos. 1 and 6 be deemed to have been served.
3. Re-notify on 16th of April, 2025 under the appropriate heading.
