PATNA, India, Feb. 27 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State, Mr. Rabindra Kumar .
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument realizing his difficulty seeks permission to withdraw the modification application.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the modification application is dismissed as withdrawn.
