PATNA, India, Feb. 24 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
We have perused the assets and liabilities affidavit read with the last pay drawn by the appellant - Dudheshwar Sharma to the extent that he has drawn Rs. 45,000/-. Having regard to the length of service rendered by him, he may get around Rs. 20,000/- pension. If the life of the appellant is taken into consideration as another ten years read with the assets and liabilities, it would be around 80 to 85 lakhs. We are proposing the appellant to give a of sum of Rs. 25 lakhs which would be reasonable for settlement with the respondent - Kumari Punam.
