1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.
2. After some arguments, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail.
3. Permission is granted.
4. This application is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid.
