PATNA, India, March 4 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Having considered the submission made by petitioner's counsel, let fresh summons be sent to the officer-incharge of Kadamkaun police station, under whose jurisdiction the O.P. No. 2 is presently residing, for servicing the same through the said SHO upon O.P. No. 2 and in this regard, fresh requisites must be filed by the petitioner within one week from today.
2. Put up this matter after four weeks with the service report of the aforesaid summons as well as the service report of the notice sent through registered post to O.P. No. 2.
