PATNA, India, March 6 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 6:
Issue notice to respondent, both on I.A. No. 1 of 2025 as well as main matter, under both processes i.e. ordinary as well as registered post with A/D, for which requisites must be filed within a period of two weeks, failing which present M.A. No. 643 of 2022 stands dismissed.
2. Registry is hereby directed to secure family court records in Matrimonial Case No. 140 of 2021 from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar.
3. Relist this matter on 03.04.2025.
