PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Bipin Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant prays for time to supply the typed copy of the deposition of the prosecution witnesses and other relevant documents.
3. Though duly served, none appears on behalf of the Respondent No. 2. 4. Re-notify this matter on 11th of February, 2025.
