PATNA, India, March 17 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 4:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. Office has pointed out that case diary along with postmortem report has not been received as yet.
3. Let a reminder be issued for compliance of the order dated 20.01.2025, by which case diary along with postmortem was called for from the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024.
4. The matter be listed after receipt of the same or on 02.04.2025, whichever is earlier.
