PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsels for the parties.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, informant suspects that coaccused Madan Sah, along with others, committed theft of motorcycle of informant.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.. Name of petitioner transpired in this case during course of investigation. No stolen article has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner.
