PATNA, India, April 17 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 2:
It is submitted on behalf of the appellants that as far as the first case is concerned, the arguments would be advanced by the learned Senior Counsel Sri Surendra Singh, who had initially argued the said appeal. However, since he has to come from outside Patna, it would be appropriate that the matter is listed in the 03rd week of April, 2025.
2. The counsels appearing in the other appeals also submit that this Court may fix a date for hearing and they would also make their submissions on the said day.
