PATNA, India, March 4 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Perused the office notes.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh step for issuance of notice upon opposite party no. 2 on her present and correct address through both the process, ordinary process as well as under registered cover with A/D for which requisites etc. must be filed within a period of two weeks.
3. Let this matter be listed on 27th of February, 2025.
4. In the meantime, interim relief granted to the petitioner vide order dated 28.05.2024 shall continue.
