PATNA, India, March 17 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 4:
Heard Mr. Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants and Mr. Abhimanyu Sharma, learned APP for the Respondent-State.
2. This appeal is admitted for hearing.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for the appellants submits that co-convict has filed Criminal Appeal (DB) No.200 of 2025. The same has been admitted and this Court has called for Trial Court Records in the said case.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, office is directed to verify the same and thereafter tag the present appeal with Criminal Appeal (DB) No.200 of 2025.
5. Prayer for bail will be considered on the next date of hearing.
