PATNA, India, April 22 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 7:
The present interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer that he may be released on provisional bail on the ground of marriage of his son which is scheduled on 20th April, 2025.
2. Heard Mr. Dr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Abhimanyu Sharma, learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State.
