The learned counsel appearing for appellants of the Criminal Appeal (D.B.) No. 298 of 2017, Sri Viveka Nand Singh submits that the appellant No. 1, namely, Gholat Sada @ Tanuki Sada has died during pendency of the present appeal, hence, a report be called from the Office of Superintendent of Police, Khagaria with regard to the same.
