PATNA, India, Feb. 24 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Learned counsel for the appellant after arguing for some time seeks permission to withdraw the present L.P.A.
2. Accordingly, the present L.P.A. stands dismissed as withdrawn insofar as claim of compassionate appointment reserving liberty to the appellant to claim any other relief with reference to service rendered by appellant's father Late Rambriksh Choudhary and in accordance with law.
3. Pending Interlocutory Application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
