PATNA, India, April 9 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on March 25:
As per jointness affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the appellants, service of notice upon respondent no. 21A(a), 21A(b), 21A(d), 21A(g), 15A(b) to 15A(g), 29A(c) and 20B(b) to 20B(j) are accepted as validly served.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to take steps for fresh service of notice upon respondent no. 21A(e) and 21A(f) for which requisites etc. under registered cover with A/D as well as ordinary process must be filed within two weeks.
3. List the matter after eight weeks under appropriate heading.
