Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Bihar. 2. Issue notice to opposite party no.
2 through both modes i.e., under registered cover with A/D as well as under ordinary process, for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks, failing which the application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.
