PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of this bail petition, petitioner no. 4 namely Basant Kumar @ Vasant Kumar has been arrested and as such, this petition has become infructuous so far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned.
2. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed, so far as petitioner no. 4 is concerned.
3. The petitioners (i.e. petitioner nos. 1 to 3) apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
