PATNA, India, April 22 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 7:
Re: I.A. No. 2/2025 By the impugned judgment, the appellant has been adversely affected but without hearing him. He could otherwise have maintained an appeal but considering the provisions contained in the Patna High Court Rules, a prayer has been made for grant of leave to the appellant to prefer an appeal against the impugned judgment.
2.For the reasons stated in the interlocutory application, the prayer is allowed. 3.Leave is granted.
4.Interlocutory application no. 2/2025 stands allowed.
