2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 490C/2022 arising out of NTPC P.S. Case No. 6/2021 under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the complainant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
