PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 12 days in filing of the present appeal.
2. It is stated in paragraph-4 of the application that the appellant is a very poor person and pairvikar who is father of the appellant, was facing very hardship, as he has no source of financial support.
3. There is no opposition to this application.
4. In the circumstances, we condone the delay.
5. Interlocutory application No. 01 of 2024 is allowed.
