Heard Mr. Aryan Singh, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Satya Narayan Prasad, learned APP for the Respondent-State.
2. This appeal is admitted for hearing.
3. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that, in the present case, informant is the mother of the victim and her name is mentioned in the FIR. Hence, notice can be served upon the victim's mother.
