Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
2. Call for the clear and legible carbon/xerox copy of the case diary from the Court of learned Additional District Judge (V), Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 184 of 2023.
3. Let the matter be listed after receipt of the same or on 18.03.2025, whichever is earlier.
