PATNA, India, Feb. 24 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Respective parties are hereby directed to file their assets and liabilities in the form of affidavit in the light of Hon'ble Supreme Court decision in the case of Rajnesh vs. Neha reported in (2021) 2 SCC 324 read with Aditi alias Mithi vs. Jitesh Sharma reported in (2023) SCC Online SC 1451. Further, paragraph-32 in the case of Parvin Kumar Jain vs. Anju Jain reported in 2024 SCC OnLine SC 3678 is required to be taken note of and apprised in the affidavit relating to eight factors, which has been narrated in paragraph-32, before the next date of hearing.
