PATNA, India, Feb. 25 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Section 317(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 14.400 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle of this petitioner.
4. Considering the fact that petitioner is the owner of the seized vehicle from which, alleged recovery of illicit liquor has been made, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
