PATNA, India, March 4 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners.
2. Mr. Sharma, learned senior counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners are desirous to settle this issue in terms of earlier submission as raised on 23.08.2024.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission, further proceedings qua petitioners in connection with Complaint Case No.46C of 2019 (Tr. No.2301 of 2020) pending before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur shall remain stayed, till further orders.
4. Both parties are directed to appear in person before this Court positively by next date of hearing.
