1. The present application has been filed being aggrieved by the impugned order dated 26.11.2024 by which the regular bail application of the petitioner was rejected by the Special Judge, (POCSO Act), Darbhanga.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application as per instruction of his client.
