PATNA, India, Feb. 27 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on Feb. 4:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.
2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on 22.05.2024 at about 10 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners armed with weapons attacked informant by means of lathi, hasua, garasi as a result of which, he sustained injuries and when wife and daughter of informant came to the rescue, they were also assaulted. It is further alleged that the accused persons snatched necklace and earring.
