2. Call for the clear and legible carbon/xerox copy of the case diary including postmortem report, if any, from the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIX, Bhagalpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 851 of 2024 arising out of Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024. 3
