PATNA, India, June 11 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on :
Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
2. Call for the legible up-to-date Xerox copy of the case diary along with the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 94 of 2022, from the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge II, Begusarai.
3. Re-notify this case after receipt thereof on 16.06.2025.
4. Considering the fact that the victim has already been returned to her house and there is a delay in lodging of the FIR, let there shall be no coercive action against the petitioner till further order.
